Seeing is believing!
Some might say it goes without saying, but for MMC this could become the motto of the year! Lately they’ve been up to some pretty exciting things and their partnership with Ingram Barge stands as proof of their ever surprising initiatives.
First of all, I’m telling you guys that this partnership is totally breaking new ground – a ‘game changer’ as CEO Aaron likes to call it! So, what is it that makes it so special? MMC had this innovative idea to partner with Ingram Barge, which now helps them successfully and efficiently deliver their shipping containers via waterways! Just look at this one, on the Mississippi river! This idea is a long needed step forward for the company, and they’re so excited about the new opportunities it is bringing.
My Mini Casa’s New Years Resolution involves being more friendly with the environment, and this partnership with Ingram Barge is a step towards achieving eco-friendly delivery. Moreover, this new company innovation makes the company feel so magical, especially at this time of the year! Not only the fact that MMC’s main goal is to help people increase their income and find a purpose in their work, as hundreds of their independent sales agents have done, but also their attempt at becoming fully eco-friendly is what makes My Mini Casa a true spectacle in the shipping container industry. “History in the making!”, is how Aaron considers these new developments, “Proud of so many amazing people in bringing this all together. My Mini Casa is proud to be in partnership with Ingram to do our part in making the world run cleaner.”
So, the fact about this partnership is that now MMC is able to transport 1 ton of freight over 600 miles on one gallon of diesel fuel. “That’s 33 percent better efficiency over rail transport and over 260 percent more efficient than truck.”, explains CEO Aaron. This way, you pay 40% of the delivery cost and after receiving the order, at one of their 30 locations on the river, you pay the rest and pick it up. So much easier!
“Together as one, My Mini Casa and Ingram Barge now offer door to door domestic and international freight services,” says Hobart Low, MMC Asia representative, “What a cost savings and clean way to reposition empty containers in the U.S. on barges!” Hobart speaks the truth; this partnership results in a comfortable, profitable, and upstanding future for the market of shipping containers.
